I wish I read the previous comment about how out shouldn’t come here as another person of color. The short lady with tinted eyebrows was really rude and harsh on my skin. She mentioned how my skin was really oily and then aggressively rubbed it. She asked me if I used a razor on my face just because I had thick hair on my chin, the way she stated that it was quite insulting and I felt intimidated. I’ve went to other salons before and I’ve never been treated so harshly and had an esthetician comment rude remarks to customers. She made me feel terrible and insecure about my face. It was disrespectful, I wish I didn’t go here.
I love the work she does with my eyebrows and I have recommended it to my friends and they have been delighted to be a 10 out of 10. Very reliable and pleasant.
I’ve been coming here for haircuts, threading and waxing for over 5 years now. Never have I been disappointed. I look forward to my next visit every time.
After reading the previous review, I just had to post. This place is great for getting your eyebrows cleaned up. Been here a few times so far, not disappointed with the service.
I have been going here since they opened and the owner has never disapointed. When I walk in, no matter how long its been, she always remembers me. She does my brows exactly how I like them. I will always go back and recommend that every get their eye brows or tinting (or anything else) done here!
Naina is amazing with the services she provides. I’m always thrilled with the results. After going to her for basic eyebrow threading to sophisticated updos and my makeup I will never go anywhere else. She is also very informed of how to highlight black hair properly. The experience is always wonderful.
The service was awful and when I tried to share my experience, she brushed me off and asked me to not come back again… I guess getting feedback is not appreciated. As a paying customer you are not allowed to use the restroom, never given a mirror to check her work, and be prepared to walk out with uneven eyebrows!
I rarely leave reviews, but I thought given my experience, this place deserved one.
I have really short hair and thick out of control eyebrows. I got tired of going to the same place for cut, color, and wax.
I got my eyebrows threaded, my hair cut, and highlights for under 75 dollars which is cheaper than the salon I normally go to. The woman who did my hair was very gentle, very friendly, and kept asking me if I liked my hair after every snip, and kept up with conversation. No akward silence. She missed a few spots, but corrected it just how I wanted it without any complaints. I was able to walk in, get what I wanted done, and was out in less than 2hrs. The environment was very clean, comfortable, and homely. I enjoyed my experience trying some place new. I will definitely return. Thank you Infinity Salon. Money well spent.
